Fendi Workplace Operations Senior Specialist

1. Lead engineering, operations and governance for workplace technologies (endpoints, collaboration platforms, mobility services) across corporate offices and boutiques, aligning local deployments with Brand and Group standards.
2. Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex incidents, delivering expert troubleshooting and driving root‑cause analysis and remediation.
3. Support executive and premium user environments with high‑quality, discreet technical support and service delivery.
4. Drive local implementation and rollout of global Digital Workplace initiatives, ensuring integration, adoption and user training.
5. Manage full lifecycle of workplace devices (procurement, configuration, asset management, decommissioning) in accordance with Group policies.
6. Collaborate with central IS&T domains, Infrastructure, Security, Networking and Retail IS&T to ensure end‑to‑end service consistency and contribute to architectural principles and governance.
7. Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and best practices (including sustainable IT initiatives) to improve user experience and workplace productivity.
8. Conduct usability testing, collect feedback and design training programs to improve end‑user experience and alignment with business objectives.
9. Support reporting activities by contributing to KPIs, SLAs and overall service performance tracking.
10. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and secure configuration of all endpoints; support audits and risk assessments.

1. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Digital Workplace, end‑user computing and IT operations support roles.
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
3. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
4. Proven experience supporting executive/premium environments and coordinating with regional or global IT teams.
5. Strong communicator able to translate technical concepts for end users and senior stakeholders; proactive, autonomous and able to manage multiple priorities.
6. Relevant certifications (preferred): ITIL, Microsoft and Apple certifications; advanced workplace or security certifications advantageous.
