- Lead engineering, operations and governance for workplace technologies (endpoints, collaboration platforms, mobility services) across corporate offices and boutiques, aligning local deployments with Brand and Group standards.
- Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex incidents, delivering expert troubleshooting and driving root‑cause analysis and remediation.
- Support executive and premium user environments with high‑quality, discreet technical support and service delivery.
- Drive local implementation and rollout of global Digital Workplace initiatives, ensuring integration, adoption and user training.
- Manage full lifecycle of workplace devices (procurement, configuration, asset management, decommissioning) in accordance with Group policies.
- Collaborate with central IS&T domains, Infrastructure, Security, Networking and Retail IS&T to ensure end‑to‑end service consistency and contribute to architectural principles and governance.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and best practices (including sustainable IT initiatives) to improve user experience and workplace productivity.
- Conduct usability testing, collect feedback and design training programs to improve end‑user experience and alignment with business objectives.
- Support reporting activities by contributing to KPIs, SLAs and overall service performance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and secure configuration of all endpoints; support audits and risk assessments.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Digital Workplace, end‑user computing and IT operations support roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience supporting executive/premium environments and coordinating with regional or global IT teams.
- Strong communicator able to translate technical concepts for end users and senior stakeholders; proactive, autonomous and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant certifications (preferred): ITIL, Microsoft and Apple certifications; advanced workplace or security certifications advantageous.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degrees and industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Apple) are advantageous.
