Fendi Visual Merchandiser - Special Projects

- Oversee and manage the development and execution of off-site and pop-up projects, including landlord meetings, venue surveys, space monitoring, aesthetic input, technical renders, material proposals, cost control, bidding, quality control, and on-site setup.
- Collaborate with various departments such as Retail Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, and Market's Visual Merchandisers, as well as external partners like landlords, contractors, and vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
- Support market's Visual Merchandisers in the development and implementation of visual merchandising projects.
- Define collections for window displays in collaboration with Merchandisers and the Visual Merchandising Director.
- Provide guidelines to the Visual Merchandising team.
- Assist key stores, including flagship and top stores, with the installation of new window concepts and in-store rotations.
- Control, update, monitor, and manage visual merchandising project budgets, evaluating vendor partnerships.
- Manage the content of advertising campaigns for selected stores.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and cost analysis within the fashion or luxury retail industry.
- Graphics and Design studies are advantageous.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Thorough knowledge of materials such as fabrics, wood, metals, and plastic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and organization.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and Autocad.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
A minimum of 5 years in project management and cost analysis, with exposure to the fashion or luxury retail industry.
Graphics and Design studies are a plus.
