1. Maintain and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the database, including client reassignment and profile deduplication.
2. Conduct data mining, KPI tracking, strategic analysis, and reporting.
3. Create and control target lists for direct marketing activities and in-store events.
4. Support customer care requests.
5. Assist with cost control and budgeting activities.
6. Provide dedicated CRM training sessions for new joiners.
7. Implement and monitor marketing activities in alignment with the 360-marketing plan for the region.
8. Support logistical and operational activities for direct marketing.
9. Facilitate coordination between retail, merchandising, and communication through event plan formalization.

1. University Degree in Business or Economics.
2. Advanced analytical skills.
3. Fluency in English.

1. Excellent mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Clienteling mindset.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
