1. Analyze internal recruitment needs and collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment requirements.
2. Create job descriptions and post job advertisements on company website and job boards.
3. Source and attract candidates through various recruitment channels.
4. Review and screen resumes and applications.
5. Conduct interviews and filter candidates to identify the best shortlist.
6. Create detailed metrics for sourcing, interviews, and hires.
7. Build relationships with HR and business stakeholders to deliver excellent service and results.
8. Support the team in people care initiatives and act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
9. Contribute to promoting diversity and inclusion within the hiring process.

1. Minimum 3 years of corporate recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruitment.

1. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and guide Hiring Managers.
2. Precision, strong commitment, and high energy.
3. Project management expertise.
4. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks.
5. Fluency in Italian and English.
