5. Support the promotion of sustainability awareness within the company.
6. Assist in organizing sustainability training sessions and the annual Fendi Action Week dedicated to volunteering.

1. Master's degree in economy, environmental engineering, or a related field with a focus on sustainability.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong passion and curiosity for sustainability.
3. Excellent relational and communication skills.
4. Teamwork and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
6. Fluency in English and Italian.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
