Fendi Store Manager

1. Achieve store, individual and team sales targets through active leadership and performance management.
2. Lead recruitment, on‑the‑job training (OJT) and continuous development of a team of approximately 5–10 sales colleagues.
3. Elevate store service levels and client experience through proactive CRM, clienteling and customer service initiatives.
4. Oversee daily store operations, visual standards, inventory control and compliance with company procedures.
5. Plan and execute sales promotion activities and local marketing initiatives in coordination with regional teams.
6. Prepare and deliver regular reporting on sales performance, KPIs and client activity to regional management.

1. Proven store manager experience within a luxury fashion or leather‑goods brand.
2. Demonstrated experience managing and developing a small retail team (circa 5–10 people).
3. Minimum 3 years' relevant retail experience.
4. Proficiency with MS Word and Excel (basic level or above).
5. Conversational English skills are welcome; strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
