Fendi Store Manager

1. Drive and increase sales performance for the overall business.
2. Analyze the business and implement action plans to improve results.
3. Develop a sales strategy and work cross-functionally with corporate partners.
4. Identify new opportunities to attract and retain clients.
5. Develop and deliver events and incentives to grow the business.
6. Ensure appropriate stock and assortment levels are met.
7. Empower sales staff to meet sales targets through authentic client experiences.
8. Lead customer service quality and mentor the team.
9. Implement CRM tools and maintain customer database.
10. Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
11. Ensure alignment between front of house and back of house operations.
12. Complete administrative paperwork and ensure appropriate store coverage.
13. Control costs and ensure efficient store operations.
14. Review and submit sales and operational reports.
15. Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink requirements.
16. Full Profit and Loss responsibility for the store.
17. Maintain merchandising standards and display bestsellers.
18. Develop and empower staff through goal setting and performance monitoring.
19. Attract and recruit the best talent available.
20. Implement company policies and procedures.
21. Assess performance and growth potential of staff members.
22. Identify individual and team training needs.

1. Minimum 5 years’ related experience, luxury retail preferred.
2. Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
3. Excellent social skills: ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
4. Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
5. RTW experience preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are a plus.
7. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
8. Ability to lift boxes/weight up to 10 lbs.
9. Organizational and strong digital literacy required.
10. Must have a flexible schedule: some nights, weekends, and holidays.
