Fendi Store Manager

- Lead the store to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, analysing performance and implementing corrective action plans.
- Drive client acquisition and retention through active clienteling, CRM initiatives and in-store events to build a loyal VIP clientele.
- Provide direct sales leadership by coaching, motivating and setting clear targets for the sales team; conduct regular individual reviews and daily coaching.
- Manage recruitment, induction, training and talent development in coordination with HR; establish in-store training routines and mentoring programmes.
- Ensure flawless execution of all operational, stock and administrative procedures, including roster planning and cost control.
- Oversee customer service standards and manage Mystery Shopper performance with targeted improvement plans.
- Maintain Visual Merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines and align displays to commercial priorities.
- Act as brand ambassador to VIP clients and represent Fendi in the local marketplace, monitoring competitor activity and market trends.
- Prepare and submit sales and operational reports to regional management; communicate store-level decisions and staff matters promptly.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a managerial role within luxury retail, with demonstrable success in meeting sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree advantageous.
- Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
- Proven leadership, strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire teams and maintain high image standards.
- Solid administration and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, costs and store-level P&L indicators.
- Excellent customer-service orientation and demonstrated ability to develop VIP relationships.
