- Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
- Analyze business metrics and implement action plans to improve results.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to attract and retain clients.
- Organize and execute events and incentives to stimulate business growth.
- Ensure optimal stock and assortment levels in collaboration with the merchandising team.
- Lead customer service initiatives to exceed client expectations.
- Implement CRM tools and maintain a robust customer database.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
- Ensure alignment between front of house and back of house operations.
- Complete administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and cost control.
- Submit sales and operational reports in line with company metrics.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrinkage.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
- Foster a positive and empowering environment for staff development.
- Recruit top talent and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
