1. Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
2. Analyze business metrics and implement action plans to improve results.
3. Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners.
4. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to attract and retain clients.
5. Organize and execute events and incentives to stimulate business growth.
6. Ensure optimal stock and assortment levels in collaboration with the merchandising team.
7. Lead customer service initiatives to exceed client expectations.
8. Implement CRM tools and maintain a robust customer database.
9. Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
10. Ensure alignment between front of house and back of house operations.
11. Complete administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and cost control.
12. Submit sales and operational reports in line with company metrics.
13. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrinkage.
14. Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
15. Foster a positive and empowering environment for staff development.
16. Recruit top talent and implement training programs to enhance team performance.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
5. Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
