Fendi Store Manager

- Monitor and achieve store performance by tracking and ensuring that KPIs targets are met.
- Strategize and implement necessary improvement plans, taking calculated risks when applicable.
- Conduct daily briefings to provide team members with business overviews and reinforce salesfloor behaviors.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and set performance targets for the team and individuals.
- Stay informed about local and global environments and their impact on sales and business.
- Propose in-store activities to engage staff and foster a positive team atmosphere.
- Instruct and supervise staff in executing company operating procedures and ensuring compliance.
- Manage quality of customer service to meet customer expectations and develop loyal clientele.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
- Motivate and challenge team members to achieve sales targets and assign daily tasks.
- Collaborate with HR in recruiting qualified applicants and supervise store personnel.
- Ensure proper management of staffing rosters and provide necessary working tools.
- Set up in-store training routines and identify training needs for talent development.
- Review and submit sales and operational reports to management.
- Ensure Fendi's standards are applied and maintained across customer service and operations.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising is consistent with company standards.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in the retail/luxury industry, with at least 3 years in a boutique lead role.
- Strong business acumen and result-driven orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and retail tools.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions.
- Effective decision-making skills with an appropriate level of risk-taking.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet organizational goals.
- Experience in developing people and ensuring proper development plans.
- Ability to work with a culturally diverse team.
