- Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
- Analyze business metrics and implement strategic action plans to improve sales results.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to attract and retain clients.
- Organize and deliver events and incentives to stimulate business growth.
- Ensure optimal stock and assortment levels in collaboration with the merchandising team.
- Lead and inspire the sales team to provide an exceptional client experience.
- Oversee customer service quality and implement CRM tools to maintain a robust customer database.
- Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with VIP clientele.
- Manage administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and cost control.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and shrinkage requirements.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
- Foster a positive team environment through goal setting and performance monitoring.
- Recruit and develop top talent in the market.
- Implement company policies and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
