1. Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
2. Analyze business metrics and implement strategic action plans to improve sales results.
3. Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners.
4. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to attract and retain clients.
5. Organize and deliver events and incentives to stimulate business growth.
6. Ensure optimal stock and assortment levels in collaboration with the merchandising team.
7. Lead and inspire the sales team to provide an exceptional client experience.
8. Oversee customer service quality and implement CRM tools to maintain a robust customer database.
9. Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with VIP clientele.
10. Manage administrative tasks, including staff scheduling and cost control.
11. Oversee inventory accuracy and shrinkage requirements.
12. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
13. Foster a positive team environment through goal setting and performance monitoring.
14. Recruit and develop top talent in the market.
15. Implement company policies and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
5. Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
9. Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
