- Oversee overall store management, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/luxury industry, with at least 3 years in a boutique lead role.
- Strong business acumen and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and retail tools.
- Experience in building strong client relationships and delivering client-centric solutions.
- Ability to make effective and timely decisions with an appropriate level of risk-taking.
