Fendi Store Manager

- Lead the Istinye store to achieve sales targets and KPI objectives through active management and clear performance metrics.
- Drive business development and cross‑category selling while promoting Fendi’s heritage, materials and creativity to cultivate a loyal client base.
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring compliance with company stock, administration and internal control procedures.
- Manage, coach and develop the sales team: set individual and team targets, conduct daily briefs, provide regular performance reviews and deliver induction and in‑store training.
- Implement CRM and clienteling activities, organise in‑store events and act as a brand ambassador to strengthen VIP relationships.
- Analyse sales data and local market dynamics, propose and execute action plans to improve results and Mystery Shopper outcomes.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are applied consistently and that store presentation aligns with commercial priorities.
- Control operating costs, manage staff rota to ensure appropriate coverage and submit regular sales and operational reports to management.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a managerial role within luxury retail, with demonstrable people‑management success.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree an advantage.
- Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are an asset.
- Proven selling and clienteling expertise with strong relationship management skills.
- Solid administration and financial acumen with experience managing KPIs and P&L‑related responsibilities.
- Leadership presence, strong organisational skills, and the ability to motivate teams to high performance.

More than 10 years of progressive managerial experience in luxury retail, with a track record of meeting sales targets, developing talent and delivering exceptional client service.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree advantageous.
