1. Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
2. Analyze business metrics and implement strategies to improve results and generate sales.
3. Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners.
4. Identify market opportunities to attract and retain clientele.
5. Organize events and incentives to boost business growth.
6. Ensure optimal stock and assortment levels in collaboration with the merchandising team.
7. Lead customer service initiatives to meet and exceed customer expectations.
8. Maintain and develop a customer database using CRM tools.
9. Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clients.
10. Oversee administrative tasks including staff scheduling and store operations.
11. Manage store profit and loss with a focus on controllable expenses and inventory management.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety protocols.
13. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
14. Foster a positive team environment through goal setting and performance monitoring.
15. Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
16. Implement company policies and manage disciplinary procedures as needed.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong goal orientation and drive for results.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management functions.
5. Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
9. Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
10. Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
