- Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
- Analyze business metrics and implement strategies to improve results and generate sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners.
- Identify market opportunities to attract and retain clientele.
- Organize events and incentives to boost business growth.
- Ensure optimal stock and assortment levels in collaboration with the merchandising team.
- Lead customer service initiatives to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain and develop a customer database using CRM tools.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clients.
- Oversee administrative tasks including staff scheduling and store operations.
- Manage store profit and loss with a focus on controllable expenses and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety protocols.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
- Foster a positive team environment through goal setting and performance monitoring.
- Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Implement company policies and manage disciplinary procedures as needed.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong goal orientation and drive for results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
