1. Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
2. Analyze business metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and client engagement.

11. Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety protocols.
12. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
5. Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Physical ability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
9. Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
10. Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
