- Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
- Analyze business metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and client engagement.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners.
- Identify new market opportunities to attract and retain clientele.
- Organize and execute events and incentives to boost business growth.
- Ensure optimal stock and assortment levels in collaboration with the merchandising team.
- Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Manage customer service quality and implement CRM tools to build dedicated customer relationships.
- Oversee administrative tasks including staff scheduling and operational reporting.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage store expenses effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety protocols.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
- Foster a positive team environment through goal setting and performance monitoring.
- Recruit and develop top talent to build a strong team.
- Identify training needs and promote career development within the team.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
