1. Drive and enhance sales performance across all product categories.
2. Analyze business metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and client engagement.
3. Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners.
4. Identify new market opportunities to attract and retain clientele.
5. Organize and execute events and incentives to boost business growth.
6. Ensure optimal stock and assortment levels in collaboration with the merchandising team.
7. Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
8. Manage customer service quality and implement CRM tools to build dedicated customer relationships.
9. Oversee administrative tasks including staff scheduling and operational reporting.
10. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage store expenses effectively.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety protocols.
12. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are prominently displayed.
13. Foster a positive team environment through goal setting and performance monitoring.
14. Recruit and develop top talent to build a strong team.
15. Identify training needs and promote career development within the team.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
5. Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Physical ability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
9. Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
10. Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
