- Monitor and achieve store performance using relevant KPIs.
- Assist in the selling process and demonstrate sales leadership.
- Conduct daily briefings and animate them with a 'Team Board'.
- Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales.
- Set performance targets for the team and individuals with relevant KPIs.
- Stay informed about the local trading environment and competitors' activities.
- Manage and supervise the team in executing company operating and stock procedures.
- Ensure customer service quality meets client expectations.
- Develop loyal Fendi clients and implement CRM tools and clienteling actions.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clients.
- Improve Mystery Shopper Results through action plans.
- Effectively manage the sales force to achieve sales goals and assign daily tasks.
- Motivate employees to maximize team spirit and promote teamwork.
- Enhance individual performance through monthly discussions and daily coaching.
- Collaborate with HR in recruiting qualified applicants to meet store needs.
- Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies.
- Ensure proper management of staffing roster for appropriate store coverage.
- Set up in-store training routines and conduct induction training for new joiners.
- Identify training needs to develop talents and communicate these to HR.
- Manage day-to-day administrative needs.
- Review and submit sales and operational reports to management.
- Inform management of store-level decisions and staff issues.
- Control costs and ensure efficient store operations.
- Maintain Fendi's standards in customer service, internal control, and back-office activities.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and sales performance.
- More than 10 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
- High standards of personal image management.

A minimum of 10 years in a managerial role within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree is preferred.
