- Drive and enhance sales performance across the store.

- Manage administrative tasks, including paperwork, cost control, and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and shrinkage requirements.
- Optimize visual merchandising and display strategies.
- Foster a positive and motivating team environment through goal setting and performance monitoring.
- Recruit and develop top talent, assessing performance and growth potential.
- Identify and address training needs for staff development.
- 10 years of proven experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
