Fendi Stockist

Fendi is a renowned luxury fashion brand, part of the Fashion & Leather Goods business group, known for its high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

1. Receive and count stock items, recording data using a computer.
2. Manage all shipments, transfers, and consignments.
3. Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, following company policy.
4. Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
5. Maintain accurate records of stock and count the stock periodically.
6. Ensure inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
7. Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
8. Codify stock items using identification tags, numbers, lists, or other labeling equipment.
9. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
10. Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
11. Provide assistance or direction to other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers.
12. Dispose of damaged or defective items or return them to vendors.
13. Coordinate with couriers for incoming stock or delivery of parts to designated locations.
14. Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued.
15. Maintain and order all necessary supplies, compiling and reviewing data from contracts, purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents.
16. Ensure optimum after-sale service, accuracy, and integrity.
17. Manage defective and damaged items in coordination with production.
18. Ensure correct use of the system to process repairs and coordinate with local suppliers for better service.
19. Recommend disposal of excess, defective, or obsolete stock.
20. Maintain and contribute to the VM stock and communicate arrivals and unused props/mannequins to the VM.

1. At least 2 or 3 years of experience as a Stockist in a Premium/Luxury brand

1. Math skills and basic notions of accounting
2. Computer skills
3. Good communication skills
4. Well-organized
