- Receive and accurately count stock items, recording data using computer systems.
- Manage all shipments, transfers, and consignments efficiently.
- Pack and unpack items for shelving in stockrooms, adhering to company policies.
- Verify inventory computations against physical stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock counts.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates within company standards.
- Organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Label stock items with identification tags, numbers, or lists for easy access.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas, ensuring safety compliance.
- Conduct monthly deep cleaning of the warehouse.
- Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report damages to supervisors.
- Assist and direct other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers.
- Dispose of damaged or defective items or return them to vendors.
- Coordinate with couriers for stock pickup and delivery to designated locations.
- Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, and shipments.
- Order necessary supplies, reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and requisitions to assess needs.
- Ensure optimal after-sales service, accuracy, and integrity.
- Manage defective and damaged items in coordination with production.
- Process repairs using the system and liaise with local suppliers for efficient service.
- Recommend disposal of excess, defective, or obsolete stock.
- Maintain and contribute to visual merchandising stock and communicate arrivals or unused props.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in mathematics and basic accounting principles.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role is required, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
