1. Receive and accurately count stock items, recording data using computer systems.
2. Manage all shipments, transfers, and consignments efficiently.
3. Pack and unpack items for shelving in stockrooms, adhering to company policies.
4. Verify inventory computations against physical stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
5. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock counts.
6. Ensure inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates within company standards.
7. Organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner.
8. Label stock items with identification tags, numbers, or lists for easy access.
9. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas, ensuring safety compliance.
10. Conduct monthly deep cleaning of the warehouse.
11. Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report damages to supervisors.
12. Assist and direct other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers.
13. Dispose of damaged or defective items or return them to vendors.
14. Coordinate with couriers for stock pickup and delivery to designated locations.
15. Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, and shipments.
16. Order necessary supplies, reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and requisitions to assess needs.
17. Ensure optimal after-sales service, accuracy, and integrity.
18. Manage defective and damaged items in coordination with production.
19. Process repairs using the system and liaise with local suppliers for efficient service.
20. Recommend disposal of excess, defective, or obsolete stock.
21. Maintain and contribute to visual merchandising stock and communicate arrivals or unused props.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Proficiency in mathematics and basic accounting principles.
2. Strong computer skills.
3. Excellent communication abilities.

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role is required, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
