- Ensure all store operations align with company policies and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain training tools and systems for store operations.
- Provide training to boutique teams on systems, procedures, and POS operations.
- Operate and supervise the POS system, ensuring accurate processing of stock transfers, payments, inquiries, and client data management.
- Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Support project management and coordination of new store openings.
- Drive and support retail performance and operational projects at both local and APAC levels.
- Manage daily operational tasks, including ordering and maintaining supplies for printed materials, office supplies, uniforms, and stock.
- Oversee vendor contracts, orders, and invoices while ensuring budget adherence and alignment with purchasing processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the service quality of external vendors.
- Oversee maintenance requirements and budgets for boutiques and office spaces.
- Manage inventory flows and events while considering local market demands, including stock deliveries, transfers, and shrinkage rate control.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements for stock movement (CITES Certification, Imports, Exports).
- Align inventory policies with the Regional Operations team and local boutique leaders.
- Supervise Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) layouts to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Coordinate and oversee stock audits, including cycle counts and annual stock-takes.
- Oversee and lead daily administrative support for boutique and office staff.
- Compile and analyze operational and financial data for business insights.
- Conduct frequent boutique visits to ensure compliance with company guidelines, regional operations standards, and local government policies.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects.
- Degree holder in business or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in store operations, with prior luxury experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, stock management, and operational procedures
- Familiarity with assigned markets legal requirements, including anti-money laundering standards and import/export regulations
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee budgetary responsibilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel to boutiques for operational assessments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team
- Proficient in MS Office; especially Excel and PowerPoint
Minimum 3 years in store operations, preferably in the luxury sector.
Degree in business or a related discipline.
