1. Ensure all store operations align with company policies and industry best practices.
2. Develop and maintain training tools and systems for store operations.
3. Provide training to boutique teams on systems, procedures, and POS operations.
4. Operate and supervise the POS system, ensuring accurate processing of stock transfers, payments, inquiries, and client data management.
5. Ensure compliance with local legal requirements and anti-money laundering regulations.
6. Support project management and coordination of new store openings.
7. Drive and support retail performance and operational projects at both local and APAC levels.
8. Manage daily operational tasks, including ordering and maintaining supplies for printed materials, office supplies, uniforms, and stock.
9. Oversee vendor contracts, orders, and invoices while ensuring budget adherence and alignment with purchasing processes.
10. Monitor and evaluate the service quality of external vendors.
11. Oversee maintenance requirements and budgets for boutiques and office spaces.
12. Manage inventory flows and events while considering local market demands, including stock deliveries, transfers, and shrinkage rate control.
13. Ensure compliance with legal requirements for stock movement (CITES Certification, Imports, Exports).
14. Align inventory policies with the Regional Operations team and local boutique leaders.
15. Supervise Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) layouts to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
16. Coordinate and oversee stock audits, including cycle counts and annual stock-takes.
17. Oversee and lead daily administrative support for boutique and office staff.
18. Compile and analyze operational and financial data for business insights.
19. Conduct frequent boutique visits to ensure compliance with company guidelines, regional operations standards, and local government policies.
20. Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects.

1. Degree holder in business or related discipline
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in store operations, with prior luxury experience preferred

1. Strong knowledge of POS systems, stock management, and operational procedures
2. Familiarity with assigned markets legal requirements, including anti-money laundering standards and import/export regulations
3. Ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee budgetary responsibilities
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
6. Willingness to travel to boutiques for operational assessments
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team
8. Proficient in MS Office; especially Excel and PowerPoint

Minimum 3 years in store operations, preferably in the luxury sector.

Degree in business or a related discipline.
