- Collaborate with the Director of Merchandising to develop and implement the assortment strategy for Fendi Americas' omni-channel business.
- Strategize to enhance opportunities and mitigate risks, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
- Motivate and raise awareness around merchandising strategies.
- Generate fiscal selling reports and conduct business analysis, executing strategic inventory transfers as needed.
- Manage merchandise consolidation and transfers.
- Engage weekly with the supply chain to optimize replenishment, inventory management, and target stock levels.
- Cultivate strong relationships with store management teams, providing support and regular communication.
- Execute and maintain merchandising guidelines, sharing product knowledge and training tools with stores.
- Assist with store openings, renovations, and manager meetings.
- Travel to Italy showroom quarterly for seasonal buying.
- Collaborate with Worldwide Merchandising and Product teams on product development and strategic business initiatives.
- Apply market expertise to optimize product assortments and buy quantities.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Communications to align editorial and marketing strategies with key investments.
- Work with Visual Merchandising to ensure store presentations align with merchandising strategy.
- Partner with CRM team to develop clientele strategy and action plans.
- Collaborate with Digital team to drive and develop the omni-channel business.
- Minimum 5 years of business experience with knowledge of retail concepts and calculations.
- Experience with in-store executions.

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities.
