Fendi Senior Visual Merchandising Manager

- Collaborate with Head Office window design and Visual Merchandising teams to coordinate, produce, and install all windows and creative projects across retail locations in Canada, USA, Brazil, and Mexico.
- Manage and track the Windows Budget, negotiate with suppliers, forecast budgets for each window scheme, and provide fiscal updates to the department VP.
- Oversee the selection, production, and installation of creative projects including lightboxes, vinyls, and props.
- Lead the creation of window layouts based on creative guidelines from Head Office to produce high-quality window schemes cost-efficiently.
- Liaise with external vendors to identify and source props, materials, and hardware, building a database of quality suppliers and manufacturers.
- Support and develop the field VM team by providing regular feedback and hands-on assistance with window installations.
- Facilitate post-window reviews to identify procedural improvements, successes, opportunities, and potential cost savings.
- Organize and catalog all network window and interior floorplans, layouts, and final pictures for archives.
- Coordinate installations, teams, and security for seamless activations in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
- Organize and manage the ethical recycling and disposal of all dated schemes and props, with a focus on sustainability.
- 7+ years of Project Management experience and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as visual merchandising, retail, interior design, or architecture.
- Immaculate communication and presentation skills with a passion for innovation and creativity.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally within the creative services and VM Team.
- Ability to manage and deliver windows and in-store projects across multiple locations simultaneously.
- Highly attuned attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Hands-on installation experience with windows and other activations, with the ability to work overnight when needed.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Adobe CS and Microsoft Suite programs.
- Experience in 3D modeling (Rhino Sketch Up, 3DS Max, Cinema 4D, etc.) required.
- Expert understanding of production techniques in both 2D and 3D.
- Knowledge of Purchase Order Process and Budget Management.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed (25%).

A minimum of 7 years in project management within visual merchandising, retail, interior design, or architecture is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as visual merchandising, retail, interior design, or architecture.
