Fendi Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising Windows & Special Projects

Fendi is a renowned luxury fashion brand known for its innovative designs and high-quality products. The company operates globally, offering a wide range of fashion and leather goods. The role is based in the corporate office in New York, serving the Americas region.

1. Partner with Head Office window design and Visual Merchandising teams to coordinate, produce, and install windows and creative projects across retail locations in Canada, USA, Brazil, and Mexico.
2. Manage and track the Windows Budget, negotiate with suppliers, and forecast budget for each window scheme.
3. Oversee the selection, production, and installation of creative projects including lightboxes, vinyls, and props.
4. Lead the creation of window layouts based on creative guidelines to produce high-quality window schemes cost-efficiently.
5. Liaise with external vendors, sourcing props, materials, and hardware, and build a database of quality suppliers.
6. Support and develop the field VM team by providing feedback and hands-on assistance with window installations.
7. Facilitate post-window reviews to identify procedural improvements, successes, opportunities, and cost savings.
8. Organize and catalog all network window and interior floorplans, layouts, and final pictures for archives.
9. Coordinate installations, teams, and security for seamless activations in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
10. Organize logistics for global orders on décor elements with local and international suppliers.
11. Manage the ethical recycling and disposal of all dated schemes and props, focusing on sustainability.

1. 7+ years of Project Management Experience and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as visual merchandising, retail, interior design, or architecture.

8. Proficiency in Adobe CS and Microsoft Suite programs.
9. Experience in 3D modeling (Rhino Sketch Up, 3DS Max, Cinema 4d, etc.).
10. Expert understanding of 2D and 3D production techniques.
11. Knowledge of Purchase Order Process and Budget Management.
12. Ability to travel internationally as needed (25%).
13. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
14. Foreign language skills are a plus.

Minimum 7 years of project management experience in relevant fields.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as visual merchandising, retail, interior design, or architecture.
