Senior Finance Manager

Fendi is a renowned luxury fashion brand known for its high-quality products and innovative designs. The company operates globally, with a strong presence in the Asia Pacific region, including Southeast Asia and Australia.

1. Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and ledger structure.
2. Drive action plans with the Managing Director to achieve operational and profitability targets.
3. Manage the Budgets & Forecasts process from initial framing to presentation to Headquarters.
4. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis of actual results versus budget targets.
5. Prepare monthly management reporting packages, focusing on retail KPIs, sales, and margin analysis.
6. Perform cost analysis, including benchmarking and budgetary control.
7. Monitor financial reporting to ensure adherence to group guidelines.
8. Support the preparation of investment plans for new stores.
9. Assist in the comparison and analysis of commercial terms for new projects.
10. Collaborate with the Merchandising department on seasonal merchandise buys.
11. Prepare presentations and reports on various projects such as inventory turn and e-commerce.
12. Analyze and monitor logistics flow costs to identify issues and opportunities.
13. Provide financial analysis and respond to queries from local management and Headquarters.
14. Collaborate with department heads and store managers to support overall department goals.
15. Provide financial training to new and existing staff as needed.
16. Participate in and review retail audits, proposing action plans if necessary.
17. Ensure adherence to procedures regarding cash and credit card processing.
18. Act as project leader for boutique openings and new country entries, coordinating with stakeholders.
19. Review legal contracts in collaboration with the Legal department, landlords, and brand.

1. Degree in Finance & Management
2. MBA/CPA/ACCA qualification highly desirable

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
2. Experience in luxury retail business is an advantage
3. SEA experience is an advantage
4. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
6. Strong interpersonal skills
7. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

Minimum 10 years of management experience in financial accounting/control.

Degree in Finance & Management
