- Serve as a liaison between clients and client advisors at the point of sale.
- Oversee product launches, pre-sales, reservations, and client credit card organization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance client experiences.
- Handle client shipments, consignments, transfers, and stock.
- Adhere to loss prevention procedures to ensure inventory integrity.
- Pack shipments securely according to required specifications.
- Support the stock team with parcel shipments using designated carriers.
- Maintain shipping supplies and prioritize inventory management.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Natural problem-solving abilities with analytical and creative thinking.
- Integrity and business maturity with a client-focused approach.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
