Fendi Retail Operations Intern

1. Support the procurement and purchasing of goods and services for the Retail department.
2. Collaborate closely with Retail Directors and Store Managers in daily activities, providing both administrative and operational support.
3. Provide administrative support to Retail Operations for the UK.
4. Facilitate communication and execution among stores, company departments, and the Retail Operations team on various topics such as budgeting, target assignments, and uniforms.
5. Create analyses and presentations to support business needs.
6. Supervise stores’ adherence to company procedures and guidelines.
7. Coordinate ordinary and extraordinary store maintenance, including IT hardware and software, equipment, security systems, and administrative filing.
8. Coordinate and supervise special sales activities.
9. Monitor stock management and cycle count planning with stores to ensure deadlines are met each month.
10. Conduct store visits with the Retail Operations team for the UK.
11. Work closely with the Cites Department and Supply Chain departments.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
2. Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry

1. Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
2. Fluency in English
