1. Support the definition of the central buying vision, setting core assortment and buying guidelines.
2. Analyze sales data and trends proactively to influence decisions during buying meetings.
3. Provide weekly, seasonal, and ad hoc reports to summarize, analyze, and identify key drivers, proposing necessary trading actions.
4. Build collaborative relationships across departments including Visual Merchandising, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
5. Actively manage continuity products with the Supply Chain.
6. Manage department OTB, in-season trading, and identify risks and opportunities.
7. Participate in and support all activities related to the Buying Campaign.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Retail Merchandising.
2. University degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, or related fields.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
3. Effective communication and negotiation skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
4. Ability to work in a rapidly evolving and fast-paced environment.
5. Positive, can-do attitude.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in Retail Merchandising is required.

University degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, or related fields.

The position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining remote and on-site work at the Rome HQ.
