Fendi Retail Merchandiser - Women's Accessories

- Support the definition of the central buying vision, setting core assortment and buying guidelines.
- Analyze sales data and trends proactively to influence decisions during buying meetings.
- Provide weekly, seasonal, and ad hoc reports to summarize, analyze, and identify key drivers, proposing necessary trading actions.
- Build collaborative relationships across departments including Visual Merchandising, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
- Actively manage continuity products with the Supply Chain.
- Manage department OTB, in-season trading, and identify risks and opportunities.
- Participate in and support all activities related to the Buying Campaign.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Retail Merchandising.
- University degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a rapidly evolving and fast-paced environment.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Retail Merchandising is required.
University degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
The position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining remote and on-site work at the Rome HQ.
