1. Define global merchandising guidelines and analyze in-season performance.
2. Align buying strategies with regional teams to optimize stock levels and maximize sales growth.
3. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Go to Market, and Visual Merchandising teams to execute buying strategies.
4. Collect and consolidate business trend insights from regional teams.
5. Perform pre-buying analysis and coordinate master order activities.
6. Ensure balanced global product portfolio through segmentation based on complexity, pricing, and delivery schedules.
7. Conduct daily qualitative data analysis and foster partnerships with regional buyers.
8. Manage inventory to optimize stock levels and maximize sales.
9. Analyze selling trends and implement sales-driving initiatives.
10. Conduct monthly reviews with the supply chain team to manage forecasts and production schedules.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail Merchandising.
2. Strong product sensitivity in Women's RTW categories.
3. Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
6. Excellent analytical skills with strong commercial awareness.
7. Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
8. Ability to work in a rapidly evolving and fast-paced environment.
