Fendi Retail Intern

- Participate in daily store operations alongside a dedicated Senior Client Advisor and the store team, contributing to an elevated in-store customer experience.
- Develop clienteling skills and refine the selling ceremony to align with the Maison’s service standards.
- Manage customer interactions and follow through on requests to maximise satisfaction and retention.
- Support customers’ data collection and accurate data entry to strengthen CRM and clienteling activities.
- Contribute to the achievement of store sales targets through proactive engagement and execution of store priorities.
- Lead a dedicated store project, supported by the Store Manager, to address a strategic store priority and propose initiatives to unlock new sales potential.
- Conduct sales, market and competitor analyses and present actionable proposals to drive commercial performance.
- Assist with ad hoc operational tasks on the salesfloor and collaborate cross-functionally with store colleagues.
- Enrolment in or recent completion of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury-related studies.
- Availability for a 6‑month, on-site internship beginning July 2026 in La Vallée Village (Serris).
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong proactivity, problem-solving aptitude and a collaborative mindset within multifunctional teams.
- Creative thinking combined with analytical rigour, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in retail and the luxury sector; prior experience in luxury goods is a plus.

Beginner level — suitable for current students or recent graduates. Prior exposure to luxury retail or client-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury-related field (current enrolment or recent graduate).
