1. Support daily sales‑floor operations under the guidance of the Store Manager and a dedicated Senior Client Advisor.
2. Develop clienteling skills and execute the luxury selling ceremony to deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with the maison’s standards.
3. Contribute to customer satisfaction and transactional activities, including accurate customer data collection and data entry.
4. Proactively identify and resolve customer enquiries and service issues, escalating when appropriate.
5. Lead a dedicated in‑store project tied to store priorities; conduct sales, market and competitor analyses and present proposals to improve sales potential.
6. Contribute to achieving store targets through collaborative team effort and by activating new sales opportunities.

1. Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury studies.
2. Strong interest in luxury retail; prior experience with luxury goods or boutique retail is advantageous.
3. Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are an asset.
4. Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving, analytical and creative skills.
5. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy in administrative tasks and strong teamwork capabilities.

Entry level — suitable for students or recent graduates. Prior experience in luxury retail or customer‑facing roles is a plus but not mandatory.

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury (currently enrolled or recently completed).
