1. Support daily sales‑floor operations under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor and Store Manager, participating in customer service, merchandising and store upkeep.
2. Develop clienteling capabilities and apply the Maison’s ‘selling ceremony’ to nurture and convert high‑value client interactions.
3. Deliver an exceptional, brand‑aligned customer experience and manage customer satisfaction to meet store performance expectations.
4. Perform customer data collection and accurate data entry to support CRM and follow‑up activities.
5. Contribute to achieving store targets through proactive engagement, cross‑selling and upselling initiatives.
6. Lead a dedicated store project, from analysis to recommendations, aligned with store priorities and supported by store leadership.
7. Conduct sales, market and competitor analyses and produce actionable proposals to unlock new sales potential.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury Management.
2. High interest in retail and the luxury sector; prior experience with luxury goods is a plus.
3. Fluent in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities and a capacity to work autonomously when required.
5. Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate across multifunctional store teams.
6. Strong analytical aptitude, creativity and an eye for detail.
