1. Support daily sales-floor operations under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor and the Store Manager.
2. Develop clienteling skills and execute the Maison’s selling ceremony to deliver an elevated customer experience.
3. Contribute to customer satisfaction and sales targets through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
4. Assist with customer data collection and accurate data entry to maintain CRM quality.
5. Lead a dedicated store project aligned with key priorities, including ideation, execution and presentation of findings.
6. Perform sales analyses and market/competitor research to identify new sales opportunities and actionable proposals.
7. Collaborate with the store team to achieve specific commercial objectives and activate new client segments.

1. Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury-related disciplines.
2. Strong interest in luxury retail; previous experience in luxury goods or retail is an advantage.
3. Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and accuracy in execution.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a multifunctional store team.
5. Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an asset.

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or a related field (current student or recent graduate).
