1. Support daily salesfloor operations as a full member of the store team under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor.
2. Develop clienteling skills and participate in the full selling ceremony to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience aligned with the Maison’s standards.
3. Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and contribute to store sales targets.
4. Collect and enter customer data accurately, maintaining CRM hygiene.
5. Lead a dedicated in‑store project, defined with the Store Manager, to address store priorities and unlock new sales potential.
6. Conduct sales, market and competitor analyses and produce actionable proposals to drive commercial performance.
7. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and requests, escalating appropriately.

1. Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury Management.
2. Strong interest in retail and the luxury sector; prior experience with luxury goods is a plus.
3. Proactive mindset with demonstrated problem‑solving capability.
4. Excellent team player able to collaborate across multifunctional store teams.
5. Creative and analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
6. Fluent in English and German; additional languages advantageous.

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury Management (enrolled students or recent graduates welcome).
