- Develop and execute annual budgets and strategies to meet financial targets.
- Lead and mentor the retail team to achieve business objectives.

- Collaborate with Store Managers to manage the clienteling process effectively.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure optimal product assortment and availability.
- Build and maintain relationships with local department store management.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Organize public relations events in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Department.
- Provide insights to the CRM team to enhance local CRM activities.
- Promote a culture of excellence, growth, and accountability within the team.
- Oversee recruitment and staffing for all store positions in coordination with Human Resources.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and develop succession plans.
- Ensure effective implementation of Fendi training initiatives.
- Manage P&L for the region and safeguard company assets.
- Ensure implementation and monitoring of internal control procedures.
- Collaborate with the Director of Retail Performance and Regional Operations Managers to refine store policies and procedures.
- Oversee the store opening process for new locations.
- Proven track record in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on luxury fashion.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
