Recruiting & Talent Development Intern

1. Support the recruitment process for luxury retail positions within the Europe retail network.
2. Ensure job vacancies are published and follow up with candidates.
3. Coordinate with business stakeholders on recruitment goals and progress.
4. Manage recruitment for interns and temporary workers.
5. Support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging content and managing interactions with academic partners.
6. Assist in the design and organization of Talent Development Programs.
7. Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives for Talent Development.

1. Fluency in English; Italian language knowledge is a plus.
