Fendi Private Client Relations Executive

- Support Store Managers and Client experts in building and maintaining long-term relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs), ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for retail teams with VIC clients to support their inquiries and needs during special events.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop an exclusive VIC journey.
- Develop a deep understanding of different regional VIC clients' preferences, tastes, and purchasing behaviors to advise on a better personalized journey.
- Drive high-end sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within the private client segment.
- Work closely with the Omni and PCR Director to develop a VIC Roadmap.
- Develop and issue high-end and VIC tracker reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent and luxurious experience that reflects the brand's ethos.
- Stay updated on the latest VIC trends in luxury goods, market dynamics, and competitor activities to offer informed advice to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate VIC client profiles and purchase histories in salesforce systems to ensure seamless profiling and targeting.
- Follow up on any VIC client re-assignment from stakeholders when needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of loyalty gifts.
- Implement and follow up on VIC fashion show pre-order campaigns.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to plan and execute private client activations and experiences.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders on high-net-worth prospect acquisition.
- Proven experience in a luxury retail, hospitality, or similar high-end customer-facing role.
- Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience in Client Development, with prior experience in a similar luxury fashion brand being an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the luxury goods industry and high-net-worth customer expectations.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills, numerically sensitive with Project Management expertise.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with international, multilingual stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Client Development, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
