1. Support Store Managers and Client experts in building and maintaining long-term relationships with VIC clients, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for retail teams with VIC clients to support their inquiries and needs during special events.
3. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop an exclusive VIC journey.
4. Develop a deep understanding of different regional VIC clients' preferences, tastes, and purchasing behaviors to advise better personalized journeys.
5. Support teams to drive high-end sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within the private client segment.
6. Work closely with the Omni and PCR Director to develop the VIC Roadmap.
7. Develop and issue high-end and VIC tracker reports to relevant stakeholders.
8. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent and luxurious experience that reflects the brand's ethos.
9. Stay updated on the latest VIC trends in luxury goods, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
10. Maintain accurate VIC client profiles and purchase histories in salesforce systems.
11. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of loyalty gifts.
12. Implement and follow up on VIC fashion show pre-order campaigns.
13. Work with relevant stakeholders to plan and execute private client activations and experiences.
14. Collaborate with external stakeholders on high-net-worth prospect acquisition.

1. Proven experience in a luxury retail, hospitality, or similar high-end customer-facing role.
2. Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience in Client Development.
3. Prior experience in a similar luxury fashion brand is an advantage.

1. Strong understanding of the luxury goods industry and high-net-worth customer expectations.
2. Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
3. Strong analytical skills, numerically sensitive with Project Management expertise.
4. Strong customer service mindset.
5. Excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with international, multilingual stakeholders.
6. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Client Development.
