- Manage the entire payroll process in accordance with established quality standards and company procedures.
- Input and record data into the payroll application, including mass importation files.
- Verify and ensure accurate processing of all entitlements derived from national and company collective agreements.
- Ensure compliance with fiscal, contributory, and insurance regulations.
- Verify the correct generation of accounting entries necessary for automatic personnel cost recognition.
- Support the office in creating post-payroll reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly and annual declarations (e.g., INAIL self-assessment, CU, 770, UNIEMENS, F24 model, etc.).
- Monitor and update the office's administrative deadlines.
- Collaborate with other teams.
- Propose solutions for procedure optimization to the Payroll Manager.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a labor consultancy firm.
- Excellent knowledge of fiscal and legislative processes related to payroll processing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines with flexibility and dynamism.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially with employees.
- Ability to operate independently on payroll management software and personnel management applications, preferably with knowledge of ADP software.
- Teamwork orientation with the ability to engage in dialogue and learning.
- Good command of the English language.
- Background in economics or a degree in Economics.
