Fendi Operations Manager

- Oversee the comprehensive management of store operations, including team scheduling, merchandise management, and customer service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, particularly in operating the POS system and managing stock and customer data.
- Maintain store facilities, coordinating repairs and replacements of fixtures and equipment as needed.
- Manage financial aspects of the store, including expense control, cash handling, and payroll management.
- Lead inventory management efforts, ensuring accuracy and meeting shrink goals through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with loss prevention teams to manage risk and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Supervise shipping and receiving processes, ensuring customer service standards are met post-sale.
- Handle human resources responsibilities, including new hire training, HR paperwork, and staff scheduling.
- Minimum of 5 years in high-volume retail, with a preference for luxury experience.
- At least 3 years of confirmed experience in store operations management.
- Intermediate digital literacy, particularly in POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to manage schedules and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
