Fendi Operations Manager

- Oversee the comprehensive management of store operations, including team scheduling, merchandise, and customer service.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and accurate operation of the POS system for stock transfer, payment, and customer database input.
- Maintain store facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Manage store expenses, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Lead inventory management efforts, ensuring accuracy and achieving shrink goals.
- Collaborate with Loss Prevention to manage risk and ensure physical security.
- Maintain store equipment and manage the order of packaging and CRM materials.
- Supervise shipping and receiving processes, ensuring customer service excellence.
- Process HR paperwork accurately and train new hires on back-office procedures.
- Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in store operations.
- Ability to manage schedules and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate level digital literacy.
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Strong results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capacity to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
