Fendi Operations Manager

- Oversee the comprehensive management of store operations, including team scheduling, merchandise handling, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including accurate operation of the POS system.
- Maintain the store facility, coordinating repairs and replacements as necessary, and liaising with subcontractors and vendors.
- Manage financial aspects of the store, including expense control, cash handling, and payroll management.
- Lead inventory management efforts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Supervise equipment maintenance and ensure the organization of packaging materials and CRM resources.
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring customer service excellence and accuracy.
- Manage human resources functions, including staff scheduling and training on back-office procedures.
- Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in store operations management.
- Intermediate level digital literacy.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Strong results-driven orientation and goal-setting capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to manage schedules and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift weights up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in store operations.
The annual salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
