- Review and prioritize pending orders to fulfill within 24 hours.
- Rebalance request transfers and manage inventory.
- Prepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring accurate packaging and wrapping.
- Collaborate with the leadership and selling teams to build cross-functional partnerships.
- Support the selling team with consignment preparations for clients.
- Drive sales by processing charge sends for Client Advisors outside the home store.
- Execute daily Omni-Channel tasks including Curbside Pick-up, Ship-from-Store (SFS), and Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS) processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and delivery through various shipping options.
- Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes.
- Fulfill company-defined customer experience standards.
- Assist in BOPIS aged order review and manage order status changes.
- Support the usage of in-store digital clienteling platforms and act as a technical resource.
- Partner with leadership to build targeted clienteling lists for promotional events.
- Deliver innovative experiences to enhance operations and client satisfaction.
- Participate in the completion of incoming SFS orders including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, with luxury experience preferred.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
- Experience in stock control and selling, particularly in luxury retail, is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated drive for results.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Competency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Digital literacy.
- Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or customer experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
