- Review and prioritize pending orders to ensure fulfillment within 24 hours.
- Manage and execute rebalance request transfers.
- Coordinate deliveries, packaging, and transfer to the shipping department.
- Engage in meetings with leadership and selling teams to foster cross-functional partnerships.
- Prepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring accurate packaging and wrapping.
- Support the selling team with consignment preparations for clients.
- Drive sales across the Retail Network by processing charge sends for Client Advisors outside the home store.
- Perform daily Omni-Channel tasks including Curbside Pick-up, Ship-from-Store (SFS), and Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS) processes.
- Facilitate order fulfillment and delivery through various shipping options, including ship to home, pick up in store, and white glove services.
- Minimize incorrect order fulfillment cases and improve return management accuracy and speed.
- Enhance resolution times for open client cases on orders.
- Advocate for clients at the warehouse to ensure meticulous execution of activities.
- Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes.
- Ensure adherence to company-defined customer experience standards.
- Assist in reviewing aged BOPIS orders, updating order status, and returning products to the sales floor as necessary.
- Support the in-store digital clienteling platform HERO and HEAVEN, Client Compass, acting as a key resource and technical authority.
- Collaborate with leadership to build targeted clienteling lists for key promotional events, track results, and share insights.
- Deliver innovative experiences to enhance operations and client satisfaction, including hosting virtual appointments.
- Participate in the completion of incoming SFS orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, luxury experience preferred.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
- Experience in stock control and selling, particularly in luxury retail, is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated drive for results.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Digital literacy is required.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to engage in 50% physical labor.
