Fendi Office Logistics Associate

- Manage outbound goods movement: organise shipments and prepare all required documentation (DDT, invoices, customs paperwork).
- Monitor shipments and coordinate the return of goods, ensuring traceability and on-time delivery.
- Investigate and resolve transport anomalies and delivery issues with carriers and internal stakeholders.
- Process and fulfil logistical requests from multiple corporate departments, handling both physical and logical warehouse tasks.
- Plan, prepare and execute regular and ad-hoc inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Analyse current warehouse management processes and contribute to the specification and implementation of enhancements to warehouse management software (WMS).
- Prioritise digital documentation and implement digital archiving practices to reduce environmental impact.
- Proven experience with inbound and outbound logistics processes.
- Strong organisational skills with demonstrated planning and problem‑solving ability.
- Operational knowledge of warehouse management software and logistics IT tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively across functions.
- Discretion, reliability and professional integrity.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% of the time.
- Knowledge of transport and customs regulations is a plus.

Minimum 3 years in logistics, warehouse or supply‑chain operations, ideally handling inbound/outbound processes; experience in fashion or luxury retail is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
