Fendi Office Logistics Associate

1. Manage outbound goods movement: organise shipments and prepare all required documentation (DDT, invoices, customs paperwork).
2. Monitor shipments and coordinate the return of goods, ensuring traceability and on-time delivery.
3. Investigate and resolve transport anomalies and delivery issues with carriers and internal stakeholders.
4. Process and fulfil logistical requests from multiple corporate departments, handling both physical and logical warehouse tasks.
5. Plan, prepare and execute regular and ad-hoc inventory counts and reconciliations.
6. Analyse current warehouse management processes and contribute to the specification and implementation of enhancements to warehouse management software (WMS).
7. Prioritise digital documentation and implement digital archiving practices to reduce environmental impact.

1. Proven experience with inbound and outbound logistics processes.
2. Strong organisational skills with demonstrated planning and problem‑solving ability.
3. Operational knowledge of warehouse management software and logistics IT tools.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
5. Good command of English (spoken and written).
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively across functions.
7. Discretion, reliability and professional integrity.
8. Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% of the time.
9. Knowledge of transport and customs regulations is a plus.

Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
