Fendi Merchandising Director

1. Define and implement merchandising strategies for Women's RTW, Shoes, and Fur in alignment with brand vision and financial objectives.
2. Lead market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges specific to the Americas and respective product categories.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive local go-to-market plans that support financial KPIs.
4. Supervise and develop two direct reports, providing leadership and guidance in category management.
5. Manage category performance through sales data analysis, inventory monitoring, and plan adjustments to maximize revenue growth and profitability.
6. Build strong relationships with key retail partners to optimize product performance in line with brand strategy.
7. Coordinate with Visual Merchandising teams to ensure consistent product presentation across retail channels.
8. Work closely with the Vice President of Merchandising on range planning activities, ensuring alignment across all categories.
9. Drive innovation within the product assortment by staying ahead of industry advancements and consumer preferences.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
2. At least 8 years of merchandising experience in a luxury fashion environment with direct experience managing Designer RTW.

A minimum of 8 years in merchandising within a luxury fashion environment, with direct experience managing Designer RTW. Experience in footwear is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.

Standard office hours with a hybrid working model, including 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Flexibility to attend industry events outside normal working hours. Up to 50% domestic and international travel may be necessary.
