1. Support daily supply chain activities including distribution planning, stock rebalancing, and sell-through optimization.
2. Develop new tools and processes to enhance stock distribution across US, Canadian, Mexican, and Brazilian markets for various channels such as Retail, E-commerce, and Wholesale.
3. Analyze key supply chain and retail KPIs to propose actionable plans during monthly Sales & Operations meetings.
4. Calculate stock targets to maintain optimal service levels in stores while managing inventory effectively.
5. Generate stock reports to monitor deliveries from Italy, and create alerts to reduce dormant inventory and improve delivery rates.
6. Develop smart and simple dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft tools.
7. Create new reports to enhance sales planning.
8. Propose continuous improvements in logistics processes to optimize service levels.
9. Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Logistics, Retail, and E-commerce teams to address distribution challenges and share insights on opportunities and challenges.
10. Participate in special projects such as store openings, events, and employee sales.

1. Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
2. Bachelor’s degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
6. Passion for Fendi and the luxury industry.
7. Strong interest in product and store design.
8. Ability to build good relationships.
9. Attention to detail.
10. Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
11. Very good computer and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
12. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
