Fendi IS&T Business Applications Manager

1. Manage daily IS operations and services in the region not related to infrastructure or help desk.
2. Own the IS Retail IT ticketing system.
3. Handle change management processes.
4. Provide 2nd level local support on Beanstore, Stealth Retail, and Cegid for Brazil.
5. Support e-commerce and wholesale flow.
6. Coordinate with HQ IT to support DWH and SAP in the region.
7. Provide Meraki support for store and corporate connected devices.
8. Collaborate with Regional IT Director and HQ IT to implement and support global initiatives.
9. Ensure the implementation of business applications.
10. Support local store openings and work with project management teams.
11. Ensure the success of regional projects, focusing on streamlining operations.
12. Document local Retail/Wholesale specifications and actions.
13. Manage information and data integrity of the region and its business units.
14. Suggest enhancements on overall IS&T operations.
15. Evaluate existing partnerships and negotiate contracts.

1. Minimum 7 years of proven technical and management experience.
2. Understanding of complex information systems and requirements.
3. Minimum 5 years of proven experience with POS applications (Beanstore or Cegid), Stealth, and SAP are a plus.
4. Cisco Meraki knowledge and support is a plus.
5. Ability to explain complex systems in simple terms.
6. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work on tight deadlines and within budget constraints.
9. Excellence in project management in a multi-entity environment.
10. Experience in IS governance and computer support services.
11. SQL knowledge mandatory.
12. Proficient in Microsoft landscape (Excel, Teams especially).
13. Well organized and thorough.
14. Strong understanding of the retail, wholesale, and e-commerce industry.
15. Strong documentation skills.
16. Clear communications with English language proficiency.
17. Languages: English – fluent, Italian/Portuguese/Spanish proficiency is a plus.
