Fendi Senior Manager, IS&T

- Manage daily IS operations and services in the region, excluding infrastructure or help desk, and escalate unresolved issues to HQ IT.
- Own the IS Retail IT ticketing system and oversee change management processes.
- Provide second-level support for Beanstore, Stealth Retail, and Cegid applications, particularly in Brazil.
- Support e-commerce and wholesale flow operations.
- Coordinate with HQ IT to support DWH and SAP in the region.
- Offer Meraki support for store and corporate connected devices.
- Collaborate with Regional IT Director and HQ IT to implement global initiatives within the region.
- Ensure the successful implementation of business applications and support regional projects focused on streamlining operations.
- Document local Retail/Wholesale specifications and maintain knowledge of local requirements.
- Manage information and data integrity for the region and its business units.
- Evaluate existing partnerships and negotiate contracts.
- Minimum 7 years of proven technical and management experience.
- Understanding of complex information systems and requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience with POS applications such as Beanstore or Cegid, with Stealth and SAP being advantageous.
- Experience with reporting tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Cisco Meraki knowledge and support is advantageous.
- SQL knowledge is mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Teams.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish being a plus.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to explain complex systems in simple terms.
- Project management excellence in a multi-entity environment.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Clear communication skills with English language proficiency.
Minimum of 7 years in technical and management roles, with at least 5 years in POS applications.
