- Participate in day‑to‑day salesfloor operations under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor and the Store Manager.
- Develop clienteling capabilities and master the luxury selling ceremony to deliver an elevated customer experience.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing requests, proactively identifying issues and applying appropriate resolutions.
- Support customer data collection and perform accurate data entry to maintain CRM integrity.
- Contribute to store performance by assisting in achievement of sales targets and by supporting visual and operational standards.
- Lead a store‑specific project aligned with managerial priorities, proposing and implementing initiatives to activate new sales potential.
- Conduct sales analyses as well as market and competitor research to inform actionable recommendations.
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, or Fashion & Luxury.
- High interest in luxury retail; prior experience in luxury goods or retail is a plus.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
- Demonstrated proactivity, problem‑solving aptitude and a strong team orientation.
