1. Work on the salesfloor under the guidance of a Senior Client Advisor and Store Manager, participating in daily retail activities and the full selling ceremony.
2. Develop clienteling skills and provide a service consistent with the Maison’s luxury standards to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Support sales targets by identifying sales opportunities, managing transactions, and contributing to team objectives.
4. Collect, validate and enter customer data to support CRM and client development activities.
5. Lead a dedicated store project (market and competitor analysis, sales analysis) with managerial support and present actionable proposals to drive sales potential.
6. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and requests, escalating where appropriate.

1. Enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Design, Fashion or Luxury-related subjects.
2. Strong interest in luxury retail; previous experience with luxury goods is a plus.
3. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Proactive mindset with sound problem‑solving abilities.
5. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
6. High attention to detail, accuracy and analytical curiosity.
