1. Plan, organize, and drive HR support to achieve business goals in talent acquisition and retention.
2. Manage the recruitment process, including needs assessment, candidate selection, and offer management.
3. Enhance direct and indirect sourcing strategies and manage external recruitment vendors.
4. Collaborate with the retail team to execute HR projects and initiatives.
5. Partner with department heads to build effective organizations aligned with business strategies.
6. Support HR Director in managing labor-related issues and preparing preventive actions.
7. Coordinate performance appraisal and compensation review processes.
8. Develop and implement training programs and tools for organizational development.
9. Support retail training initiatives from an HR perspective.
10. Prepare recruiting and training budgets and handle internal communications.

1. University degree
2. 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources
3. Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
4. Experience in product retail business or equivalent
5. Native level Japanese and advanced level English
