Fendi HR Budget and Reporting Specialist

- Conduct comprehensive internal, LVMH Group, and external compensation and benefits benchmarking, providing insightful analysis to the Regional HR Director to align with business objectives.
- Prepare, control, and analyze the payroll costs budget and forecast for Fendi stores, alongside specific HR function budgets.
- Collaborate with the Regional HR Manager to prepare and submit LVMH HR reports, including headcount, FTE, turnover, monthly and annual reports, employee and store performance, and HR dashboards.
- Define and implement Fendi guidelines for annual salary review proposals, coordinating with various functions to consolidate individual compensation review proposals.
- Develop compensation and benefit packages for expatriates and local candidates.
- Assist the HR Manager in job evaluation and job mapping projects.
- Monitor monthly P&L closing in terms of payroll cost controlling, in coordination with HR Managers.
- Oversee monthly HR functional budgets by country, in coordination with HR Managers.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on specific HR metrics, including operational reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and key performance indicators related to retail sales teams' data.
- Develop ad-hoc initiatives to engage the retail network and facilitate business goals, such as special incentives and contests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and identify themes to create solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; presentation and platform skills are preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
