Fendi Head of Visual Merchandising

- Develop and implement the regional visual merchandising strategy in alignment with global directives and local market insights.
- Serve as the key visual merchandising voice in strategic retail planning, store development, client experience, and cross-functional business reviews.
- Provide creative direction and strategic input for all regional product launches, window campaigns, and retail animations.
- Oversee the execution of all window displays, in-store presentations, special projects, and seasonal animations to ensure consistency with brand DNA.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all visual merchandising-related projects, including new store openings, refurbishments, pop-ups, and events.
- Manage the regional visual merchandising budget, ensuring cost efficiency, timely execution, and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of visual merchandisers across the region, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Partner with Retail, Merchandising, Store Planning, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure alignment on product focus, campaign rollout, and customer experience.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in visual merchandising, including 3–5 years in a regional leadership role within luxury retail or fashion.
- Degree or equivalent in Visual Communication, Design, Art, or related field.
- Proven ability to translate brand identity into compelling in-store experiences with commercial impact.
- Strong business and financial acumen; able to manage budgets, assess ROI, and align creative direction with business goals.
- Inspirational leadership with a hands-on approach; able to engage, mentor, and develop diverse teams across geographies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Minimum 10 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 3–5 years in a regional leadership role within luxury retail or fashion.
Degree or equivalent in Visual Communication, Design, Art, or related field.
